Travelled twenty miles. Crossed Squaw Creek, it is a small creek in Jasper County, also Mud Creek in Polk County. We are five miles east of Fort Demoine camped in a fine grove. We passed a small town this evening called Rising Sun, it is thundering. We have not had enny rain for several days.
